Appointments:

We see all patients on an appointment basis, and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you.  We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.  Special time is reserved for you and changing or cancelling an appointment can cause a schedule interruption.  If you need to change an appointment, we ask for at least 24hrs notice. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:10 to 4:30 pm (closed Fridays in the summer)

Initial Appointment:

The first visit will usually consist of all necessary x-rays and a thorough examination of the teeth and mouth.  A prophylaxis (cleaning) may also be performed.  Further tests may be suggested on the next visit when, at this time, and explanation of findings and one or more treatment plans will be suggested and discussed.

Emergency Care:

We reserve a limited time each day so that emergency patients may be scheduled as quickly as possible.  If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment please call by 8:10 am, we are always on call.

Insurance:

Please bring your insurance form or card in on your first visit.  As a convenience to you, we will submit all itemized services to your insurance carrier.  Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover ALL costs.  It is your responsibility to pay any deductibles and co-payments or other balances not paid on the day of treatment.  You will be required to pay us directly if your insurance company will not reimburse us.  We will do our utmost to help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy.  Our receptionists will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Recare:

We cannot stress enough the importance of regular preventative dental care.  We can schedule your next preventative appointment or we can send you a written reminder.  On returning, please advise the receptionist of any change in address, telephone number, employment telephone number, or insurance coverage.

Also notify the doctor or dental hygienist of any change in your medical history so it can be noted in your records.

Payment Alternatives:

Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard on day of treatment.

CareCredit: This option enables patients to spread out payments over a long time period by applying for the credit.
